Score @ 4.5,9,18,22.5cm

Cut 4cm down top and then the  bottom From  the first score line to the last on the 14.9 cm side.     

Next 

Fold making Mountains and valleys in the middle but opposites on top and bottom.

DSP top and Bottom of card you will need x2
