What is your favourite Christmas Dessert, Pie or Plum Pudding? I make a Plum Pudding the recipe is from my Grandmother it’s over 100 years old. It normally is boiled in a cloth. But I now use a steamer instead. It was too nerve racking to keep the pudding on the boil for 7 hours and not letting it go off the boil. Anyway this card brought back all those wonderful memories of Christmas pasted.
